This Pittsburge duo consists of a vocalist and a musician. This means that the latter has to play all the instruments, but the main focus is on the guitar.
The style can me compared toa simpler version of Queensryche, the more advanced sides of TNT, and perhaps the more commercial sides of Fates Warning. The somewhat monotonous sounding vocalist and the tame rhythm section (programmed/sequencer) is what makes this privately issued CD doews not rise above the average for this genre.
Basically, it is the home project of two gentlemen with guitar based melodic compositions which does not manage to convince as as interesting release in prog-rock country. However, with a genuine rhythm section and a better production, this would have been an acceptable - however not too advanced - hard rock album
